Press Release: Encrypted Control

We have issued a press release titled “Protecting the ‘senses’ of robots from cyberattacks: achieving highly precise teleoperation while maintaining encryption” based on a collaborative research project with The University of Electro-Communications (UEC) and Kanagawa Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (KISTEC). In this study, we demonstrated that an encrypted control framework can be achieved by incorporating secure computation into a bilateral control system.
